CHARACTER
Character Name: Frisk
Character Age: Unknown. Estimated 8.
Canon: Undertale
Canon Point: Post Soulless Pacifist Ending

History: Here As far as their canon point goes, that's where things become a little complicated. To put it simply, first Frisk ran a Pacifist Neutral route, then, they learned they could make it better, so they went back and performed a Pacifist Route. However, the spirit of Chara who was awoken by Frisk's Determination, took over the next time they reset. Chara went through, controlling Frisk's body, and performed a full Genocide timeline. Which, in the end, Frisk must give up their soul in order to reset the world back to normal. And, in doing so, Frisk once again goes through a Pacifist path, only this time, they're forever connected to Chara as a price. This doesn't mean Frisk is still possessed, though the implications are there in the ending credits, but at this time, it's more of a strong influential connection more than it is a possession. In this manner, it allows for another player to app Chara down the line if someone so wishes instead of treating it like a full possession case here.

Personality: For a child, Frisk is very smart and perhaps a bit too grown up for their age. Whatever may have happened to them before they arrived on Mt. Ebott, it wasn't good and caused them to be more mature than a small child has any right to be. They're able to go through tough times with a clear head, taking beatings with a smile and always looking for the best way to make friends rather than succumb to violence. Frisk is a very kind child, as no matter how much someone hurts them, they always are willing to forgive and forget, even going as far as making friends and being nice to someone who had sworn to kill them in cold blood just to steal their soul. This happens multiple times, with almost every monster Frisk encounters, especially the stronger ones. And yet, the child is filled with a sense of kindness and forgiving nature that allows them to ignore the pain done to them, even being killed, and befriending whoever will accept it.

Stemming from that is no small amount of bravery, as it takes courage to face your death again and again and still move forward with the will to reach your goals no matter what stands in your way. They're killed, beaten, and they use each time as a learning experience to get better with their movements, their speed, and their ability to negotiate with whoever happens to be trying to kill them at the time. Because above all, Frisk is a pacifist who refuses to fight back unless they have no other options. The only person Frisk has willingly fought to near death was Asgore and Flowey, as their Mercy option was completely destroyed and there was no other choice but to fight. And even when Asgore and Flowey were near death and told Frisk to kill them, they instead chose to show them mercy and spare them. In Asgore's case, this meant staying trapped underground despite going so far to try and get out, and would rather remain trapped than hurt the kind king. And Flowey swore he would come back for revenge and kill Frisk again and again if he was spared, and still Frisk refused to kill the flower monster. Unfortunately, as much as it's a nice thing to not want to hurt others, Frisk fails to see that some people should be killed instead of let go, and this carelessness could lead to dangerous situations for everyone around them, simply because they were too hesitant and kind to take out someone dangerous when they had the chance.

Frisk also has an overwhelming amount of charm and charisma that they use to make friends however they can. They love humoring others to make them happy, be it through kind words, laughter or simply dancing and posing along. They adapt to whoever's around them and do whatever it takes to make them happy, all while being happy and encouraging themselves. They know how to read people and know what it takes to make friends with them, getting to know them and what they like and going along with it until the other succumbs to their charm and enthusiasm. From dancing with Mettaton during their fight to cooking and blowing up a house with Undyne, and even going on dates with Papyrus and Alphys and telling them what they want to hear to make them happy and more confident with themselves. On top of that, the kid's great with giving life advice, several times consoling the adults around them and helping them get through their various problems. From admitting hidden feelings, facing their darkest fears, or simply boosting confidence and ensuring them that everything will be okay, Frisk loves to help and give advice to anyone who seems like they need it.

Most of this is fueled by Frisk's sheer amount of DETERMINATION, a feeling that all humans are said to have that allows them to be stronger than monsters, and Frisk is one of two humans who've fallen into the Underground who have the highest amounts. Monsters have even tried to make synthetic Determination to try and inject it into them to replicate the ability to revive after death. The results were a total failure. For Frisk, it means that they will push through any trying situation, being stubborn enough to never give up, and always push forward no matter what happens. Even the littlest things can fill them with Determination, even something as insignificant as a pile of leaves or seeing a nice little house. Being so easily determined pushes their ability to continue on and thrive even in the most hopeless of situations. No matter what happens to them, no matter how many times they die and have to keep trying, they never lose hope and keep pushing on.

Unfortunately, all of these traits that make Frisk a good person are also dangerous to have in such high amounts. Being so against violence and willing to trust anyone they come across makes them ideal for being bullied, being pushed around and treated like crap and yet they're still fine with it, allowing themselves to be hurt again and again and never retaliating against whoever's hurting them. The very picture of a victim, they never hold anything against anyone like a beaten puppy who just keeps coming back for more. This leaves it to the friends around them to protect them from others, as they rarely stand up for themselves. However, if someone is doing harm to someone close to them, they're more than willing to stand up and face whoever's hurting their friends, willing to lecture and try to give guidance to the enemy. And, in extreme cases where they've tried pacifism and it doesn't work, and a friend or innocent's life is in danger, they'll allow themselves to slip into muscle memory and fight without hesitation. It's just a shame this only goes into effect when others are in danger and not themselves, still leaving the child open to abuse without any form of retaliation.

Inventory: Heart Locket, Dagger, Cell Phone, keys to sans bedroom and workshop
Subspace Inv: Butterscotch-Cinnamon Pie Slice, Snowman Piece, Antique Revolver, Glamburger x10, Starfait x10

Abilities: Due to trial and error, Frisk is very quick on their feet and great at dodging incoming attacks. They're also fairly good at fighting when push comes to shove, even though that's left as a last resort.
DETERMINATION: -Allows Save/Load/Reset:
-Save: Whenever Frisk is filled with determination, they create a save point that can be returned to until they make a new one
-Load: If they die, or if something else bad happens to them, they can load their last save point
-Reset: The ability to reset the entire timeline to a set point where they first arrived.

These have been designated time travel abilities in Undertale, and as it messes with the entire timeline normally, I've decided to restrict the scope in which it affects. Instead of affecting everyone around, and the entire timeline as a whole, Save and Load will be limited to only affecting Frisk themselves while Reset won't work at all. Basically, whenever Frisk is killed, they automatically load back to the state their body was in before they were attacked.

They also possess a cell phone that was upgraded by Dr. Alphys that has the ability to store items in two dimensional boxes, as well as shoot out small pellets and turn into a jetpack-If it has fuel. It can also defuse bombs. In total, Frisk has 28 inventory subspace slots.

Flaws: Despite how mature and thoughtful Frisk seems to be to everyone around them, they are still a child. And children make mistakes. When it comes to their Determination, and the ability of time manipulation that comes with it, Frisk has shown to be careless and impulsive when making decisions on how to affect the timeline, not fully comprehending or stopping to consider the consequences of their actions. They do what they think seems like a good idea at the time, even if it's something as grand a scale of rewinding time to the very beginning to try again. At first, fixing what they missed seemed like a great idea, they got the perfect happy ending they wanted, so the weight of what they did didn't seem all that large. Frisk had no knowledge of the scale of things until Sans informed them "*our reports showed a massive anomaly in the time-space continuum. timelines jumping left and right, stopping and starting... until suddenly, everything ends. heh heh heh... that's your fault, isn't it?" Showing that while Frisk was doing everything thinking they were doing the right thing, that they were helping, the thoughtless decisions they've made purely based on the curious thought of "what happens if I do this, will it be better" were nothing more than wreaking havoc on the Space-Time continuum.

They were gullible enough to trust Flowey and Chara without a second thought, because if you can reset the world, what's there to worry about? When you realize you can turn back time, turn back every mistake, and every death, you stop seeing the big picture for what it is, especially when you're only a child with the barest grasp of the world beyond what's in front of you. This came at the highest price when using their power to reset the world once more, giving Chara the opening they needed to take Frisk's body for their own and dish out genocide while Frisk was nothing more than an afterthought. It was because Frisk was too curious, always wondering what could change, what could make things better, with blind optimism that things could work out or they could make them work out somehow. But, the strong Chara grew, the more Frisk couldn't stop them. It wasn't until listening during the battle with Sans, feeling their sins crawling on their back, watching Chara destroy everything they'd ever cared about, that Frisk finally understand the meaning of consequences. They handed over their soul to a malicious spirit just for the chance to reset the world, and try, one last time, to make everything Perfect. And while they may have succeeded, their soul is forever tainted by the evil which owns it.
